No we do not charge any setup or delivery costs on our products, the amount shown is an all inclusive price. Note however we do charge a one off delivery cost for Sample Packs.

Our prices do not display VAT until the checkout stage of our site. As the majority of our customers are businesses this helps to keep the pricing structure simple and consistent with B2B relationships.

Yes please, we’d love to hear from you. We are always happy to help with design advice for any of our products!

If we are unable to use the artwork file that you have supplied to brand the product ordered we will contact you via email, or occasionally phone, in order to discuss a solution. If we are unable to resolve the problem we will provide a full refund to you.

Yes we will ensure the goods are branded to match the 2D layout proof that you approve, subject to any potential warnings that might be included within the proof notes.

We’ve really pushed hard to offer the most realistic 3D renders possible of our products with your design on. However there may be very small differences between the 3D render created and the goods in reality, for example it is very difficult to render the embossed Journals to match a real life embossing exaclty.

We cannot guarantee this, please only use the colours shown on your monitor as a guide to the product or branding colours that will be produce in reality. We strongly recommend ordering a Sample Pack prior to your main order in order check product colour and product quality.

We are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds after an order has been placed. This is due to the bespoke, personalised nature, of the goods we are producing. Once we have branded the goods they will be unique to you!

Although it’s unlikely you won’t like your order, we cannot offer refunds on orders if don’t like the quality of the products. We recommend ordering a Sample Pack of the items you are interested before you order to avoid any potential disappointment.

All printed stock is non-refunable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. Please click here for full details on our Returns policy.
